Land Fitness has introduced a full range of processing equipment. The high-power fiber laser imported from Germany, equipped with high-precision linear guides and high-precision rack and pinion from Germany, is many used in the auto cutting and forming process of ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, and different types of pipes (straight or bent). Besides that, we possess fully-automatic pipe laser cutting machine, sheet laser cutter, laser cutting machine for pipe and sheet, and 3D plasma cutting machine, with the precision of all of the cutting machinery within 0.1mm. The CNC machining center imported from Siemens is competent in finishing one workpiece only with one molding step, the processing error of which is controlled no more than 0.1mm. Moreover, to ensure the stability and quality of our products, each semi-finished workpiece is required to be assembled and inspected by our professional engineers. All of the exercise equipment of Land Fitness is stored in a centralized 3-dimensional way.
During the whole production process, Land Fitness performs strictly in the way that CE, RoHS, ISO, EN957, and other national or international standards have demanded. Some of the requirements of our projects are even more rigorous that the highest standards in industry.
