Land Fitness is located in Dezhou, Shandong Province, with the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal running through the city. Around us, there are many steel sheet and pipe manufacturers as well as lots of components processing enterprises, laying a solid foundation for the development of fitness equipment.
We are now providing more than 300 kinds of products with both cardio equipment and strength equipment included. Our exercise equipment is generally classified into 9 series.
1. Raw Materials
The steels we use for producing fitness and gym equipment are purchased from highly-reliable steel suppliers. The thickness of the steel sheet applied in the frame of our strength training equipment is 3mm. To meet the large production requirements, the inventory of raw materials in Land Fitness is kept at 1200t.
2. Laser Cutting Machine
This advanced laser cutting machine, which possesses Germany imported high-power fiber laser, high-precision linear guide, and Germany imported rack and pinion, is majorly applied in cutting and shaping ordinary carbon steel, stainless steel, and various types of pipes (straight pipe or bent pipe) automatically. The laser cutter features high precision, high efficiency and great price-performance ratio.
3. Steel Pipe Cutting
Out of the consideration of improving the production efficiency of gym equipment, in 2015 Land Fitness invested 15 billion yuan on several advanced processing equipment, including fully automatic pipe laser cutting machine, sheet laser cutter, laser cutting machine for pipe and sheet, and Panasonic plasma cutting robot, etc. The cutting deviation of these cutting machineries is controlled less than 0.1mm.
4. Pipe Bending
With the automatic pipe bending machine from internationally renowned brand, the max radius of the pipes we are able to bend is 1.2m. The max allowable pipe thickness and length is respectively 5mm and 4.5m, representing a relatively high processing capacity in the fitness industry. The precision machining process has fundamentally determined the perfect details of our bodybuilding equipment. A correction step is needed for the bent pipes to ensure their quality.
5. CNC Machining
The Siemens CNC machining center ensures that, all of the workpieces are formed just in one molding process, with the shaping accuracy reaching 0.1mm. A complete set of initial inspection, shaping, mass production, and sampling inspection process is required for every workpiece of our strength training equipment.
In the welding process, we have experienced welding engineers whose rich experience guarantees that each of the weld seams is solid and uniform. According to the welding standards, the width of the seams is no more than 8mm and the height is within 5mm.
7. Assembly Test
To rectify the secondary deformation of welding and guarantee the stability of our fitness machinery, engineers need to check the size of each of the semi products with a trial assembly process.
8. Warehouse for Semi-Finished Products
This warehouse occupies an area of 12 thousand m2 and possesses a storage capacity of 2000 pieces. It employs centralized 3-dimensional storing method, whose advantages are listed below:

b. Being able to arrange the sport fitness equipment according to their classification
c. It is able to form a database management system for different product types, making it easy to find the exact workpieces we want efficiently
d. Providing a powerful guarantee for the 7S management system
9. Treatment before spraying
To enhance the paint adhesion and beautify the appearance of our equipment, a shot blasting treatment and an hour of acid pickling and phosphating is required for the semi products to form a layer of oxide film on the workpiece surface, making preparation for the spraying process.
The automatic electrostatic spraying line contributes to an annual processing capacity of 120 thousand m2, and the thermostatic control technique adopted for the oven has strongly warranted the powder solidification process, which in turn promises the workpieces with high impact resistance and abrasion resistance. Our powder from internationally renowned brand is in total compliance with the inspection standards of Europe and the United States and will do no harm to people’s health.
To meet users’ diversified and personalized needs, the colors and styles of Land Fitness workout equipment are customizable.
Besides product quality, Land Fitness also pays attention to the working environment of our workers. The spraying procedure is arranged totally in line with the international standards, and the average value of PM 2.5 of the plant in 24 hours is no higher than 70, complying with the standards of World Health Organization.
11. Fitness Equipment Assembly
Before delivery, we have a final assembly and inspection process. The most important point assemblers should keep in mind is to ensure the smooth running and mutual conjunction between the different parts of the body exercise equipment. The standards we execute: EN957 (EU), ASTM F1250 (the United States), JIS T1214 (Japan), and AS4092, etc.
12. Packaging the Exercise Equipment
In Land Fitness, different packaging methods are employed for different kinds of equipment to protect the products from damage or erosion during delivery.
13. Warehouse for finished products
The warehousing procedure:
a. Only those machineries whose accreditation form, certificate of approval, and test report has been confirmed by the warehouse manager could enter the warehouse.
b. Products for different orders are stored in different regions.
c. We utilize professional mechanical equipment and carrying tools to fix and move the machineries to maintain the integrity of the packs.
